Installing a Canon UFR II Printer Driver

The video below will walk you through setting up a printer driver for your Canon multi-functional printers. Have the spacebar handy to pause the video. You might help to watch it once, then follow along the second time.



Did you know...

you can install a Fax Driver? Follow the same steps until you find yourself about to download the latest UFRII printer driver and search for the latest "Generic FAX" driver and download that instead. The process is the same afterwards! Note: You do need a working fax line connected to your copier for this to work


Only for Windows

These instructions work for Windows 7 - 10. Windows 11 doesn't allow the run command called "control printers" anymore. As a work around, you can type in "control", then select "view devices and printers" under the "Hardware and Sound" option.
